My first EVER sale was the house of TV personality Cherry Healey! The house was a beautifully finished new build house in W3. The deal was full of issues; chain problems, delayed searches and attempted price renegotiations, but we managed to get there in the end! Baptism by fire was a real understatement with this deal.

The vendors of this house actually went on with another agent for 3 months, and they weren't able to sell the house. I ensured I called the vendor every thursday for the entirety of the 3 months they were on the market until I won the chance to sell the house. Within 7 days of marketing, I set my first ever record for the highest price achieved on a specific road (the first of many), and it came on one of the most prime roads in W12. In the last 2 years I have gone on to set record prices on another 12 roads in West London, all because of my market and buyer knowledge. If I could do this for them, think what I could do for you!

The vendor agreed to let me do 2 viewings. Both viewings resulted in an offer leading to best and final bids and the successful sale of one of Fulham’s oldest & coolest houses.

Off -market selling at its best. Its incredibly rare to find a big house on the water in London, which is why I desperately wanted to be the one to sell this. The vendor had no interest in selling unless she got a certain price. I begged for one chance to achieve that price for her. I was granted that chance. Two days later, myself and the perfect buyers walked through the front door. Within 5 minutes, the buyers were in love. They offered immediately following the viewing, and we achieved the price the vendor had set us. I was absolutely THRILLED

One of the quirkiest and coolest houses I’ve ever seen! The house was only 3 meters wide and 1100sqft over 3 floors! A real hidden gem and a fun challenge for me. The house was as niche as you can find in West London. I identified a buyer looking in Chelsea that it was perfect for! It took time to convince them to leave Chelsea, but I was adamant they would love it. They came to see the house. They loved it, offered and bought the house. The buyer would never have known about this house without my proactivity and fantastic connections
