Complaints Procedure
We try our absolute hardest to make sure every single one of our clients has a fantastic time going through the process of buying or selling a property. However, we appreciate things don’t always go perfectly. If you feel that we have underperformed or fallen short of your expectations, we will do everything within our power to resolve your issues.
Any complaint will be dealt with as per our complaints procedure as listed below:
- If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please let us know via email at info@ohre.co.uk and a member of our team will come back to you as soon as possible.
- If we are unable to resolve your issue, the complaint will be raised with the CEO, Oliver Howard, who will review documentation and correspondence and provide a written outcome of the investigation within 15 working days.
- We hope that all issues are resolved by this point, however, if you still have concerns after this second stage, you would then be free to contact the Property Redress Scheme (who will only investigate complaints that the company itself can’t resolve).
